In order to receive confirmation of registration on e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration and later on an official version that shows that you have settled all your outstanding balance.
To register for the student fee please note that an official proof of student status must be sent to email@example.com . If we should not receive any proof of status within 2 weeks the Conference orders the right to raise your registration fee to the regular fee. To avoid confusion it is preferable that
- The proof states that the student is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. / master programme in his affiliated institution.
- The official proof is signed by the student’s supervisor or head of department.
- The proof is sent via institution mail, preferably by the supervisor.
Letter of invitation
In order to facilitate the invitation letter process, registered participants are kindly asked to fill in the following online request form, https://epsicpp2012.spp.ee.kth.se/visa/request.html. The invitation letter will be issued and communicated to you shortly afterwards.
We advise you to consult your country’s Swedish embassy to make sure you provide all the relevant information required for a visa to be issued. In case additional information is required, that is not mentioned in the prescribed fields, please fill in the comment box.
Note that invitation letters will be written for individual participants and not groups. However, in case the original invitation letter needs to be sent by post and there are multiple participants from the same institute, please specify it in the comments box, so that the invitation letters are sent all together.
The invitation period will be limited to the duration of the conference and its satellite meetings.

Alterations and name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail, post or fax, email@example.com .
Collection of conference documents
All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.
